We operate an appointment system. Everyday we have a mix of routine and urgent appointments available, both on the day and to book up to two weeks in advance. If you need to see a clinician quickly we will do our best to offer an urgent appointment within one working day. This may be face to face with our Paramedic Practitioner, or a telephone appointment with a doctor. Should the doctor decide they wish to see you face to face they will book an appointment for you, which will be on the same day if necessary.

Unfortunately for urgent problems we cannot offer a choice of which doctor you will see, or at what time of the day the appointment will be.

The doctors have asked the reception team to ask patients a brief indication of the reason for your appointment request, as this helps the doctors when reviewing and triaging their calls. We ask that you are kind and respectful to our reception team, they are trying to help you.

You can book your appointments on line by directly accessing your "SystmOne" medical record.

To activate your registration for this service, you will require a User ID and Password. We will require proof of identification (ie passport/driving licence/utility bill) to set up this secure service. Please discuss with our reception team.
